This DC charger series is one of the most classic Automotive Grade products of EVS. The patented liquid-cooled charger with a 40kW ultra wide range constant power module allows the coolant to directly reach the charger terminal. The patented intelligent liquid cooling source ensures efficient and safe cooling. The charger integrates power conversion, dynamic power distribution, station-level monitoring, orderly charging management, access to new energy power generation and energy storage systems, cooling control, and integrated wiring. It adopts the split structure (one-for-more), which one main cabinet can be connected to multiple charging terminals (sub-cabinet) to meet different operation needs.

Split Liquid-cooled Supercharging Stack

This charger equips intelligent charging module, which has the advantages of high power, outstanding efficiency, low harmonics and high intelligence. It adopts intelligent liquid cooling technology and dual-circulation cooling circuit, allowing the coolant to directly reach the charger terminal. It can dynamically allocate the charging power according to the charging demand from the BMS of the EV and increasing the utilization of the charging equipment and achieving highly integrated management. The stack adopts the split structure (one-for-more), which one main cabinet can be connected to multiple charging terminals (sub-cabinet) to meet different operational needs.

Split DC Charging Stack

This matrix flexible charging stack is based on matrix control of power unit and a split charging station is built with a fully digital intelligent charging module as the core component to achieve rapid deployment. The matrix flexible charging stack is centralized and pre-assembled which can save a lot of time on site installation and commissioning, as well as shortening the construction period. Multiple sub-cabinets (single charger/double charger combination) are available to meet different operation needs.

Integrated DC Charging Set

This DC charging set meets the charging requirements of all models of EV with different powers and dynamically matches the charging power required by the EV connected to ant terminal. It equip intelligent charging module, which has the advantages of high power, outstanding efficiency, low harmonics and high intelligence. It also dynamically allocates the charging power according to the charging demand from the BMS of the charging vehicle to ensure charging safety. Having dual charging ports, it improves the efficiency of charging operation and allows large battery vehicles to be charged with two chargers.

Wall-mounted and floor-standing DC Charger

This DC charger adopts efficient modules with high power factor and an efficiency of more than 96%. It has ultra-wide charging range of 200 - 1000V and BMS power supply of 12/24V. With 4.3 inch touch screen and friendly visual interface, it can present various information. It also has multiple protection functions such as protection against lighting, overload, short circuit, over temperature, current leakage, emergency stop, etc. The shell is made of sheet metal, with a protection level of outdoor IP54.
